HazelCONWAY(Retired Caretaker of Northgate and Galley Hill Schools) Peacefully in hospital on September 22nd of Guisborough, Hazel aged 80 years, beloved partner of Sam, much loved mum of Graeme, Angela and Melanie, dear mother in law of Annette, Tim and Brian, devoted grandma of Hannah, Bryony, Sam, Chris, Ben and Maisie and great grandma of Lilly-Mae. Funeral service in Guisborough Parish Church on Tuesday October 15th at 11.15am prior to cremation. Will relatives and friends please meet at Church. Family flowers only please, there will be a collection plate at Church for donations in lieu of flowers, if so desired, for Maxi's Mates I have only known this wonderful lady for 11 years and 4 months of my life.
